CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY We guarantee our products to be as advertised . We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, and we look forward to having you all as repeat customers. When your purchase arrives, you have a 48 hour approval period to inspect and use the guitar or amp. If you are not satisfied you must contact us within this time period. If we don’t hear from you we will assume you are satisfied and the sale is complete . If you decide to return the item during the 48 hour period, we will cheerfully refund the purchase price once we have inspected the returned item. Returned items MUST be in the orginial condition and packing in order to qualify for a refund. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred in the course of the sale unless other arrangements have been made with us.
